Dying In Dignity?

For centuries, philosophers considered what it means to live a good life. But what of a good death? When we think of the term Euthanasia (from the Greek eu – meaning good, and thanatos – meaning death) its meaning has been tainted by events of the 20th Century. When “a good death” becomes unsayable, it is often because a society is unsure whether it knows how to live, or how to choose, well.
